C & C celebrated a beautiful spring wedding in Richmond upon Thames in April. They got ready at The Petersham Hotel and selected the talented Helen Warner to photograph their memorable day. The couple exchanged vows in the picturesque Octagon Room at Orleans House Gallery and then travelled on a Routemaster bus to the Bingham Riverhouse for their wedding breakfast.
The ceremony took place in the beautiful Grade 1 listed Octagon Room at Orleans House Gallery, a venue renowned for its exquisite architectural details and historical significance. This stunning and wonderfully lit space, with its high ceilings and gracefully arched windows with views to the outside lawn creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand for C and C to exchange their wedding vows.
Sunlight streams through the expansive windows, and casts a warm glow throughout the room, enhancing the romantic ambiance that enveloped the couple and their guests. The feature pedestal urns elegant and romantic were first placed at the side entrance doorway to provide a beautiful backdrop on entering the Octagon room.
These urns were filled with timeless Quicksand roses, known for their delicate hue and soft coloured petals, which added a touch of sophistication to the setting. In addition to the Quicksand roses, lush Peonies were included, their full blooms symbolizing prosperity and romance. Stock and Lilac flowers, with their sweet fragrance, contributed to the overall sensory experience. While the tiniest blooms of Spirea, a Spring foliage provided a delicate feel and movement to the floral arrangements. Each element of the wedding was meticulously chosen to reflect the couple's love story.
creating a memorable and picturesque scene in that the flowers complemented C & C's wedding style.
The bridesmaids wore a soft periwinkle blue color. The flower color scheme consisted of lovely soft white and blush pink shades, elegant and romantic.
Rufflicious Ranunculus, Butterfly Ranunuculus, Quicksand roses, Sweet Peas and Spirea all Spring delights that are in season in April.

Elegant and stylish low level glass urn table arrangements can transform any space into a haven of charm and sophistication. To elevate the romantic ambience further, beautiful blush taper candles were placed around these arrangements. The soft, warm glow emitted by the candles casts a gentle light, creating an intimate atmosphere that invites conversation and connection.
The combination of the low level arrangements and the flickering candlelight creates a serene and inviting environment, encouraging guests to relax and enjoy the moment.
It is always an honour to be chosen as a couples wedding florist and bring their floral vision to life. We loved creating a memorable display of flower creations that complemented our couples wedding style. Thank you C & C for your kind words and for sharing your stunning photos.
